Who we are

Exceptional Quality Services ("EQS") provides general contracting services for residential and commercial storm restoration projects, including project management, construction oversight and subcontractor coordination, with the option to purchase construction materials and specialized services as needed.

Insurance claims

EQS is a contractor, not a public adjuster or law firm. We provide inspections, documentation, estimates and technical information. We do not interpret policies, negotiate or adjust claims, or represent you to your insurer. You are responsible for your insurance deductible.

Your project agreement controls

This website is for general information and is not an offer or a contract. Each project is governed by a written agreement between EQS and the client. If these terms and your project agreement differ, the project agreement controls.

Payments

EQS pays subcontractors directly and purchases materials directly, and collects project funding directly from the client. Amounts and due dates are set out in your agreement and invoices. We accept checks with no fee, bank transfers (ACH) with a 1% fee, and credit cards with a 3% fee. No card fee applies to debit or prepaid cards. Any fee is shown before you pay and listed separately on your receipt.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes to scope, cancellations, deposits and refunds are handled under your project agreement. For a billing question or dispute, contact us using the details below.
